TERMS & CONDITIONS

Nordic Travel in Sweden AB is the legal entity responsible for the bookings on this site.

The following supplementary travel conditions to SRF’s conditions [1] apply between Nordic Travel in Sweden AB, Box 163, 271 24 Ystad and yourself or whomever makes an agreement with the company on your behalf as detailed in the confirmation. The agreement applies to all types of products where Nordic Travel in Sweden AB is the organizer unless otherwise specified.

  1. PRICES

Prices in the price list are quoted in Swedish kronor, except where otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to make changes due to price and exchange rate changes beyond our control after this date.

  1. WHEN IS MY RESERVATION CONFIRMED?

Purchase / reservation becomes binding as soon as it is confirmed verbally or in writing by the seller. These terms apply from that moment whether you have paid fully, partially or not at all.

If the products are booked with agents, other booking and payment terms may apply. Be sure to check these conditions.

  1. WHAT, WHEN AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?

Phone and online bookings, are paid according to the terms and conditions at time of booking and only by credit card. To protect and encrypt your credit card information we use “Secure Socket Layer” technology (SSL).

Please note that for special pricing and special offers there is sometimes no possibility of a refund. Please check room and price information carefully before making your reservation.

  1. CANCELLATION

With the reservation you may order a separate cancellation insurance. The insurance only applies in case of cancellation due to acute illness, accident or death suffered by the passenger or a close relative. This must be corroborated by a medical certificate presented to us no later than 10 days after the cancellation.

  1. CANCELLATION FEES

When cancellation insurance has not been signed or does not apply.

When booking a combination from the different product categories, it is always the most strict cancellation policy that applies. If you want to view, modify or cancel your reservation, follow the instructions outlined in the confirmation email. Please note that you may be charged for cancellation in accordance with the specific hotel’s cancellation policy and no-show terms! We recommend that you read the hotel’s terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation.

If cancelled, the following applies unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation:

– Cancellation and room changes at hotels, Bed & Breakfasts or hostels. Any cancellation or changes of the reservation must be made no later than17:00 the day before arrival. If cancelled or modified later than17:00 the day prior to arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% of the booking will be charged. If you must cancel at short notice or outside office hours, you can contact the accommodation provider directly to enquire about the possibility of a cancellation. You must then notify Nordic Travel within two business days.

* From booking and until 70 days before occupancy: 10% of the total rental amount, but no less than EUR 500

* From 69 to 40 days before occupancy: 25% of the total rental amount, but no less than EUR 500

* From 39 days prior to occupancy: 100% of the total rental amount.

– Cancellation and changes of camping reservations

* From booking and until 40 days before arrival: 10% of the total amount, but no less than EUR 500

* From 39 to 12 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount, but no less than EUR 500

* From 11 days to 2 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount.

* From 1 days to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount.

NOTE! Cancellation via the Call Centre must be made within our regular office hours. Please note that your cancellation is not valid until you receive a written cancellation confirmation from Nordic Travel. If you must cancel at short notice and outside office hours you can contact the service provider directly to enquire about the possibility of a cancellation. You must communicate this to Nordic Travel the following working day. Refunds cannot be guaranteed if you make a cancellation agreement directly with the hotel. Please note that certain specials and discounted offers cannot be changed or cancelled. There is no refund in the event of a so-called “No-show”. See the booking confirmation you received at the time of booking for more details on your booking and your booking conditions.

Fees covering insurance, cancellation, changes and invoicing will not be refunded.

Cancellation for reasons valid under SRF’s general travel conditions [1], will be refunded for the full amount, less Nordic Travel’s fixed cancellation fee of 600 SEK. Unused tickets and the like must be returned as soon as possible.

  1. ALTERATION FEES

Changes to your booking can be made via the Call Centre and is charged at 100 SEK / change.

  1. COMPLAINTS

Complaints must be addressed to the provider of the service or product, e.g., hotel / golf course manager, etc., or his/her representative as soon as possible. If you are unable to resolve the problem, contact Nordic Travel by phone +46 411 558725 or email info@nordictravel.se [2]

The warranty is forfeited if you fail to notify the service provider on site. If you leave the residence, golf course or event without allowing the organizer reasonable time to resolve the problem, you have forfeited your right to compensation. Compensation claims must be presented to Nordic Travel in writing no later than 30 days after the stay or travel ended.

  1. GUIDELINES FOR DATA PROTECTION AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

By paying you agree that personal data may be processed by Nordic Travel and our partner suppliers. The purpose of this is to allow for customary guest administration, to ensure that Nordic Travel has access to reliable personal data in the event of an accident, to fulfil the conditions of the cancellation insurance and to administer and handle any damages incurred.

The information may also be used to inform you about insurance and payment services and travel-related offers. You can also be contacted via email for market research and marketing purposes such as newsletters and brochures. After an online reservation you will receive an email confirmation and on your return a follow-up email questionnaire. Your answers and comments are very helpful to us. Your tick-box answers will be posted as anonymous percentages on various websites and as such be a helpful tool for fellow travellers.

Your open comments may be published anonymously on the web or in print. As a customer, you can at any time choose to opt out of mailings as well as unsubscribe to the newsletter. This must be done in writing to Nordic Travel.

Personal data processed are eg name, address, social security number, mobile phone number and email address. As a customer, you are – by written request – once a year and free of charge entitled to obtain information on which personal data Nordic Travel has registered and how it has been used. You also have the right to request that inaccurate information be corrected or deleted.
