Walking with Wolves
The tension mounts as we walk around in wolf territory, which is currently home to 5-7 wolves. Fresh tracks make it extra exciting! We know that they are in the vicinity, and that we are being watched – you can be sure of that. To be in wolf territory really adds spice to your life. To spend the night in the knowledge that the wolf pack is nearby will be an experience you will never forget.
We begin with a gourmet lunch at the boarding house Udden. We then continue to the wolf territory, where we make ourselves comfortable in the wolf-hide. You receive information about the wolf and Utterberget area. After a short evening hike we enjoy a delicious dinner while keeping an eye on the marshland outside. After breakfast the next day, we go out on a long hike in the territory. Included in the price: Local transfers, lunch, dinner, breakfast, guided walk in the wolf territory. Sleeping bags, sleeping mats and torch are in the hide. Accommodation: Overnight in a wolf hide, with windows and photo opportunities in all directions. A paraffin stove heats well. The hide is strategically located in the middle of wolf territory. Requirements: Good general condition. Other info: We walk in wolf territory looking for tracks / traces. Other animals in the area: the Ural Owl, Boreal Owl, Eurasian Pygmy Owl, moose, deer, fox. Equipment: bring warm clothes and change of clothes, mobile phone, camera, binoculars and water bottle.

Package: Wolf Safari. Offered weeks 2-50 (mid-January to mid-December). Duration: approximately 24 hours. Participants:2-4 people. Transfers to the sites leave from Surahammar, which is easily reached by train.
