1. What is Inatur.se?
Inatur.se is the leading portal for Swedish nature experiences and is open to all organizers of outdoor activities in Sweden.
Inatur / Nordic Travel in Sweden AB owns and operates the marketplace Inatur.se. The Marketplace uses the Citybreak booking platform.
2. How do I pay my booking?
We accept payment via Visa and MasterCard and you pay directly upon reservation. If more than 30 days to arrival, there is a possibility of a partial payment of 20% upon booking. Payment must be made in full no later than 29 days before arrival.
When making your reservation, a confirmation is sent to you via email. If a deposit was made you will not receive a renewed confirmation, but the final payment will be confirmed instantly on screen.
4. Is it safe to submit credit card information?
We use Payex, the leading provider of payment services in the Nordic countries. A safe and secure payment solution.
5. When do I get my hunting / fishing license?
In most cases, you print the e-mail confirmation you receive at booking to bring with as your license. If a product should be handled differently, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
6. Where can I find maps showing the hunting area I booked?
On many pages there is a link to the map under “Read more”. In some cases you will be handed the map in connection with the briefing you get upon arrival at the site.
7. What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation terms depend on the time of cancellation, see our booking terms and conditions.
8. How will I contact you?
