General booking conditions

These conditions apply to transactions between INATUR SVERIGE AB (Inatur) and the person in question personally or through a third person who reaches an agreement with Inatur according to the stipulations in the confirmation (customer). The agreement could concern the purchase of a fishing licence, hunting licence, accommodation or experience product(s), or a combination of these.

Who is responsible?

As the agent, Inatur must ensure that:

  • the customer receives written confirmation of the booking as well as other requisite documents
  • information on the method of payment is provided
  • the product purchased agrees with the description of it. Inatur is not responsible for undertakings which a third party may have agreed to with the customer and which Inatur is unaware of.


What obligations does the customer have?

  • To sign an agreement with Inatur, a customer must be minimally 18 years of age.
  • The customer must ensure that the booking confirmation agrees with the ordered product. If there are any discrepancies, the customer must contact Inatur immediately.
  • The customer must ensure that payment is made according to the applicable payment regulations.
  • The customer is obliged to follow the regulations and instructions that apply to the products marketed on Inatur.se.   

When does the booking become binding?
The booking becomes binding as soon as Inatur confirms the booking and the customer has paid the registration fee (or full price for the booking) within the stipulated time.

When must payment be made?

The customer's payment must be received by Inatur at the latest by the date given in the confirmation.

  • In the case of a booking made earlier than 30 days prior to the arrival date, full payment or alternatively a registration fee (part payment) of 20 % of the full value of the booking shall be made in conjunction with the booking. The final payment shall be received by Inatur at the latest 30 days prior to the arrival date.
  • In the case of bookings made within 29 days of the arrival day, full payment is required at the time of booking.

How is payment made?
Payment shall be made in Swedish currency (SEK) through a charge or credit card. Payment can be made using either VISA or MasterCard.  

Inatur assures secure Online payment by using the payment service DIBS www.dibs.se and the bank. The DIBS system is approved by all the Swedish banks and is certified according to PCI DSS by VISA and MasterCard to administer payment transactions in the highest security level class. All communication between Inatur and the customer's bank is administered by DIPS and encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

What happens if the customer does not pay in time?

The booking is cancelled if the payment is not received by Inatur according to the stipulated payment conditions. Inatur sends a (1) reminder if payment is not received by the final settlement date. If the customer does not pay in time, this is considered as a cancellation, and the cancellation regulations apply.

What are the cancellation regulations?

A booking can be cancelled online at inatur.se until the final settlement date, i.e. 30 days prior to arrival day.

In the event of cancellation within 29 days of the arrival day, Inatur retains 100 % of the booking value. It is then only possible to cancel via telephone or e-mail.  

What are the change regulations?
Bookings can only be changed via telephone or e-mail. A booking can be changed up until final payment is made, i.e. 30 days prior to arrival day. Only small changes are permitted within 29 days of the arrival day. Changes to the arrival or leaving date are considered as a cancellation.  Changes must always be confirmed by Inatur for them to be applicable. A change fee of SEK 195 is debited to the customer in conjunction with the change being made.

Shortcomings and claims
If shortcomings are discovered or arise during the visit, the customer should report these to the service provider directly to provide the opportunity to remedy them. If the customer does not report shortcomings during the visit, the customer cannot claim compensation for them later.

Personal Data Act (PUL)
Through payment the customer approves Inatur's use of personal data. The purpose of this is to allow for normal customer administration. Inatur takes all the measures necessary to reasonably ensure that the customer's personal data is handled securely and according to good practice. The customer may also be contacted in connection with market investigations.   

Travel guarantee
Inatur has adopted the official travel guarantee of the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency, and it meets all bank guarantee requirements.

Force Majeure
Both parties are relinquished of their obligation to uphold the contract if this becomes impossible due to a war situation, natural disaster, industrial conflict, long lasting water or electricity supply disturbance, fire or similar occurrence that neither of the parties could predict or influence.
