Moose hunting in forestland
Camp Svanis bids you a warm welcome to an exciting and varied moose hunt in the heart of Lapland, 35 km north of Boden.
We offer traditional Norrbotten hunting with unleashed dog, where you as the guest hunter are always at the centre of events. Our knowledgeable guides will do their utmost so that you as the hunting guest will enjoy a grand hunting experience. Camp Svanis offers a full service programme that includes authentic accommodation in multibed cabins with relaxing wood heated sauna.
Day 1: the guests arrive at camp Svanis to check in. We visit the shooting range and set our weapons. The evening is for dinner in the big lávvu teepee and runthrough of the hunt. The evening is rounded off with the relaxation of the sauna.
Day 2: after an early and delicious breakfast we set off for the hunting grounds. The hunting varies between still hunting, hunting together with a dog handler, and lure hunting. We take a break for lunch and refreshments which are served and enjoyed around a campfire.
Day 3: see programme for Day 2.
Day 4: we begin the day with breakfast and hunt until lunchtime. Then we assemble to round off and travel home.
